If you notice that the characters are not moving fluidly or the timer is lagging during a practice session, close other apps that are currently running on your laptop and reduce the resolution of PitchVantage.

Exit your practice session > Click Settings at top right corner of the screen > Click Display Settings.

  • Reduce your screen resolution.
  • Change your graphics quality from Fantastic to Normal.

Click Apply > Click Done.

If this does not fix the issue, you may need to update your laptop's display adapter.

For Windows users only:

Click Start > Go to Device Manager > Click Display adapters.

Right click your graphics adapter > select Update Driver Software > Allow Windows to automatically search and install updates.

All user laptops have Intel HD Graphics as the basic graphics adapter. Some user laptops have an additional graphics adapter. Most popular brands are Nvidia and ATIFollow the instructions below to update them at the respective links.
