As the coordinator, you can easily manage your students from various classes through PitchVantage online dashboard. Log into your coordinator account using the same credential you created during coordinator account registration. After logging in, you'll be directed to the online dashboard homepage. From there, you can:
- Stay on the Home page to view a summary of student practice history
- Click Reports to view detailed student practice reports and their uploaded videos (instructions below)
- Click Users to manage current users and invite new users
- Click Licenses to manage license sets and renew user licenses (instructions below)
- Click Rubrics to upload/create a grading rubric for peer review activities
- Click Profile to update your coordinator profile
- Click Support to contact support with any questions that you may have
Reports -- View and download individual student & group reports
Click Reports. You will see an overall practice summary for all of your students. If you would like to view the reports in an excel spreadsheet, click the blue Download button to download the report. One metric in the report is Improvement %.
You can download the report for that license set (class) by clicking the blue Download button.

Licenses -- Manage license sets & renew user license
To manage license sets, click Licenses > Click List Licenses. From there, you can view details of your license sets. All of the licenses are grouped into one or more license sets and each license set is specifically named based on your class name and session number.
In the example below, you have three license sets: #38, #37, and #33, each corresponding to different classes. Under license set #38 (FIN 600), you have 10 total licenses and 1 of them has already been distributed by you and used by your student. A license is used after your student successfully logs into PitchVantage for the first time. All licenses in this license set are valid for 21 days, meaning a user has access to PitchVantage for 21 days after logging in initially. The billing type of license set #38 is "Student", meaning that students will pay for the license and the rate/license is $2 in this example. If a billing type is "University", it means your University Department will pay for this license set.
If you want to see the details of a license set, click under Action column (last column of the above chart). It will show you all the student users under this license set.
To renew user license, click Licenses > Click Renew User License. Enter the email addresses of your students and select a license set to send a renewal invite. You can enter multiple addresses. Each email needs to be separated by a comma, but *do NOT* place any punctuation after the last email address in your list.
