When you cannot login to PitchVantage, you would see one of the error messages below. Please follow the suggested solutions. If the issue persists, please contact us immediately at support@pitchvantage.com.

License validation has failed
License validation failed due to inability to connect to PitchVantage server.


  • Log into your online dashboard with the email address and password you registered
  • Click "Licenses" tab on top of the screen
  • Click "reset association"
  • Click "OK"
  • Go back to PitchVantage app login screen
  • Click "OK" to get rid of the original error message 
  • Log in again
License already associated with another computer


Once you have logged into the app for the first time on one laptop, your account is locked with that laptop, meaning you cannot log into the app from other laptops with the same account.


Use PitchVantage on the laptop that you have successfully logged in. If you need to switch to another laptop, do the following: 
  • Log into your online dashboard with the email address and password you registered
  • Click "Licenses" tab on top of the screen 
  • Click "reset association"
  • Click "OK"
  • Go back to PitchVantage app login screen on your new laptop
  • Click "OK" to get rid of the original error message
  • Log in again
Please connect to the internet to validate license
There was unstable or no internet connection when logging into PitchVantage.
Check the internet connection at your location: Open Google Chrome. If you can surf the Internet, try launching PitchVantage again. 

License has expired or No license is currently available
Your user license had expired and not yet been renewed.


Please contact your coordinator / trainer to request for a renewal.
The user with this license has been invalidated


Your user account has been invalidated by your coordinator. Namely, you will not be able to login to the app with your current account credentials.

Please contact your coordinator or support@pitchvantage.com for more info.


Please enter valid credentials
Email address or/and password is incorrect.
