If Camera is blocked, you will see this iconnext to PitchVantage Cloud URL.

If Microphone is blocked, you will see this iconnext to PitchVantage Cloud URL.


To unblock them, click the Lock iconlocated next to PitchVantage Cloud URL.



Go down to Permissions and click to unblock camera and/or microphone.



Refresh the webpage. A small Window will pop up, tick the box next to Remember this decision then click Allow.



Now log into PitchVantage and see if you can start recording. If you still see the error message, please contact us right away as other factors can block access too (anti-virus, broken headset, no camera, Mac OS bug, etc). We will find out for you.
