You can upload your PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx) directly in the mobile app. If this doesn't work, here is one more way for you to upload: convert slides to PDF format and upload. You need to: 1. export slides to your iPhone or iPad in PDF format 2. upload the PDF file in PitchVantage.

My slides are in my email (gmail, outlook, yahoo mail, etc.):
  • First, add your email account to the Mail app on your iPhone or iPad (if you haven't done so) by going to Settings > Passwords & Accounts > Add Account
  • In the Mail app, open the slides from your email by tapping on it. Then tap the share icon> tap on Print icon
  • When print page opens up, place two fingers on the thumbnail at the center, then spread your fingers apart to enlarge the slides (pinch open), this will turn your slides into a PDF. Then tap the share iconagain
  • Tap Save to Files > Select any folder you wish to save the PDF in, then tap Save at the top-right corner. Your presentation is now converted to PDF format and saved in a folder on your device
  • Go back to PitchVantage app, tap Next > Tap Add New Slides > Tap Choose File > Tap Browse, find the location where you saved your file in > Lastly, tap Upload

We recommend not to open emails via a browser or your email provider's app because the instructions are different for each scenario. But if you go ahead with it, below are a few tips to best assist you:

1. None of the email provider's apps (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo mail) have Print option to convert your slides to PDF. Solution (using powerpoint as example): open the slides from your email, save powerpoint slides to your device, then open the slides in powerpoint app, convert the file format to PDF there and save PDF to your device.

2. If you open slides from email using Firefox as browser, tap the three horizontal dots at the top-right corner > Tap Share Page With...> Tap Print. Rest instructions are the same.

3. If you open slides from email using Safari as browser, the Print option is available directly. Rest instructions are the same.
