Please send us (support@pitchvantage.com) your Google Chrome browser log. This will let us know what may be causing the issue you are experiencing:


First, in Chrome, log into PitchVantage web app to attempt a practice. Right after you encounter the issue, click the menu icon (three dots) in the top right corner of your Chrome browser.



Select More Tools > Developer Tools.



Select the Console tab.



Right click at any place inside the console window, then Select Save as...



Once the log is saved, attach it to your email.
