First, click the apple icon 
on top left corner > Select System Preferences/Settings... from the menu. Then click Security & Privacy.
Click Privacy tab.
Click Camera in the lefthand column, then tick the box next to the browser you want to allow permission.
*If you don't see Camera or browser option, update your MacOS AND browser (Google Chrome | Firefox | Microsoft Edge | Safari) to the latest version.
A small window will pop up, click Quit Now. By doing so you are allowing the browser to access your camera.
Lastly, click Microphone in the lefthand column, then tick the box next to the browser you want to allow permission.
*If you don't see Microphone or browser option, update your MacOS AND browser (Google Chrome | Firefox | Microsoft Edge | Safari) to the latest version.
A small window will pop up, click Quit Now. By doing so you are allowing the browser to access your microphone.
