Type Settings into the Windows Search bar and click Settings (App).
Click Privacy.
Click Camera.
- At Allow access to the camera on this device, change Camera access for this device to ON
- At Allow apps to access your camera, change to ON
- Below Choose which apps can access your camera, make sure the web browser you want to use is also toggled to ON
Click Microphone.
- At Allow access to the microphone on this device, change Microphone access for this device to ON
- At Allow apps to access your microphone, change to ON
- Below Choose which apps can access your microphone, make sure the web browser you want to use is also toggled to ON
