If you gave access to your webcam and microphone on your web browser for the PitchVantage application, but received the 'previously denied access' error, please follow the steps below to allow access to your webcam and microphone on your Windows machine.
Make sure your webcam is enabled and drivers are updated.

Type Settings into the Windows Search bar and click Settings (App).
- At Allow access to the camera on this device, change Camera access for this device to ON
- At Allow apps to access your camera, change to ON
- At Allow access to the microphone on this device, change Microphone access for this device to ON
- At Allow apps to access your microphone, change to ON
You should be able to log into PitchVantage and practice. If not, please contact us right away as other factors could block access too (anti-virus, broken headset, no cam, OS bug, etc.). We will diagnose for you.
