First, click the Lock icon located next to PitchVantage Cloud URL.
If Camera and/or Microphone are blocked, click the dropdown menu and select Allow.
*Click Site Settings if that is an option, then allow the camera and microphone*
Lastly, refresh the webpage. Now log into PitchVantage and start recording. If you still see the error message, contact us for help or go through the list below to troubleshoot other factors that could block access:
-Close all other applications and browser tabs
-Is browser up to date? At the top right of Chrome, click three vertical dots > Update Google Chrome
-Clear Cache (Chrome)
-Are mic and cam plugged in (external device) AND turned on? Disconnect and reconnect
-Update device driver under Device Manager
-Try a different browser
-Check your anti-virus software
-Does your mic and cam work in other applications such as Skype or Zoom? If not, hardware might be the problem
