First, open Google Chrome browser and click Settings icon (or) located on the top right corner of the browser. From the drop-down menu, select Settings at the bottom.
In the blue search box, directly type in "content". Then scroll down the page and click Content settings or Site settings based on your Chrome version.
Under Block list, find PitchVantage and clickicon to unblock. Then clickon top left corner to go back to Content settings.
Under Block list, find PitchVantage and clickicon to unblock.
Finally, close Settings page and reopen PitchVantage in Chrome. A small window will pop up asking for your permission to access mic and camera, select Allow.
You should be able to log into PitchVantage and practice. If not, please contact us right away as other factors could block access too (anti-virus, broken headset, no cam, OS bug, etc.). We will diagnose for you.
