PitchVantage access code

Your bookstore sends you PitchVantage access code in one of the three ways, check with your bookstore for details.

1. Physical delivery

Purchase the code in store and receive the code on a card/paper.

2. Online delivery

Purchase the code online or in store. You will receive a PIN on your receipt. Follow the instructions to log into your online bookstore account and enter the PIN to reveal your PitchVantage access code.

3. Inclusive access program (also called First Day, Pay One Price, Day One Digital)

You will either receive an email at the beginning of the semester to get PitchVantage access code OR your code will be available right in your LMS (Canvas, Blackboard, D2L, Moodle) under the course along with other course materials.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Why is it showing an error message of "Invalid Code"?

A: Double check the letters and numbers in the access code (letter O v.s. number 0, etc.). Also make sure you are entering a PitchVantage access code, not the PIN on your receipt. You need to log into your online bookstore account and enter the PIN to reveal your PitchVantage access code.

Q: Why is it showing an error message of "code already in use"?

A: Have you used this code to register for the class already? If you are certain you have not used this code, email support@pitchvantage.com to report this issue.

Q: I'm enrolled in the inclusive access program, but why is there no code after I click to reveal my PitchVantage access code in LMS?

A: If you just added the course, your bookstore need a few days to process the update. Otherwise, check with your bookstore or email support@pitchvantage.com to report the issue.
