Log into https://pitchvantage.com/log-in/ as instructor/trainer.
*Note: If PitchVantage is integrated with your course LMS (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, D2L), directly launch PitchVantage from your course assignment page.
Click Groups tab on top > Live Presentations.
Click into a course section. On the live presentation main page, directly drag and drop student name to reshuffle presenting order. Then click Start Live Presentation for the first presenter.
Click Join. Pop-ups may be blocked on your device, please allow.
Select microphone and camera to use, allow permission. All three buttons at the bottom should appear in blue. Switch to a different microphone or camera as needed. If you experience echo, use a headset.
Before you start recording the first presentation,
- F2F class - where you position your recording device will decide recording quality. It should be not too close or far away from the presenter(s). If you use your phone to record, use a tripod if available
- Online class - wait for your students to join from their PitchVantage account
Once the presenter is ready, Start Recording.
Once done, End Recording. You will be taken back to the main page. Start next live presentation.
