(Before creating a live recording assignment, make sure you have added the presenting groups/individuals first. You may also want to load your grading rubric.)
Log into https://pitchvantage.com/log-in/ as instructor/trainer.
*Note: If PitchVantage is integrated with your course LMS (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, D2L), directly launch PitchVantage from your course assignment page.
Click Assignments on top.
Select a course section on the left, then click Add Assignment > Live Presentation.
Title: e.g. Presentation A Live
Master Group: select group (Add groups)
Choose Rubric: default PitchVantage rubric OR your custom rubric (load a rubric)
Select Timezone, Date/Time: usually your class time
Slide upload: if applicable, electing Yes will allow your students to upload their slides ahead of the live presentation, making the live session experience smoother
Group chat: select Yes
Enter Text Description: add in more detailed requirements of this live recording activity
Click Submit. Your assignment updates will be instantly synced to student accounts.
