Issue: Initializing PitchVantage circle keeps spinning and does not get to the login page.
First, please make sure you have stable Internet connection. 2 Mb/s is considered sufficient upload/download speed to use PitchVantage (Google Speed Test).
Then, clear the cache and hard reload your Chrome browser:
- On your computer, open Google Chrome
- At the top right, click More or three vertical dots
- Click More tools
- Click Developer Tools
- Hold down the control/cntrl button (for Windows users only) and then simultaneously right click on the Reload icon (at top left corner near browser address bar)
- Click Empty Cache and Hard Reload
Restart computer. Do NOT launch Google Chrome in incognito mode. Now, go to https://cloud.pitchvantage.com/ and try again. If the issue persists, contact us for help. In the meantime, try a different browser, or follow the steps below to delete old indexeddb:
- On your computer, open Google Chrome
- At the top right, click More or three vertical dots
- Click More tools
- Click Developer Tools
- Open the Application panel from the menu
- Under Storage, expand on IndexedDB then click on the UnityCache option
- Click Delete database
- Restart Chrome
