PitchVantage has no permission to access my cam and mic

First, a few quick checks:
  • Close all other applications and browser tabs.
  • Are mic and cam plugged in (if external device) AND turned on? Disconnect and reconnect.

Have you allowed BOTH levels of permission?

Next, check for updates:
*If your browser version is too old, you need to download the latest version and install.

Lastly, do a test recording HERE and play back to check video and audio quality. If the test recording didn't work, your device might be the issue. Use a different mic/cam.

If the issue persists, try a different browser or download PitchVantage app on your phone/tablet.
