1. Is your camera plugged in (external camera) AND turned on?
2. Windows only: is your camera disabled or need a driver update? Click Start > Go to Device Manager > Find Imaging devices or Camera > Update Device Driver.
3. Close all other applications and browser tabs.
4. Check your anti-virus software.
5. Select and test your camera in PitchVantage Settings at the top right corner (next to Help button).
6. Are you able to record yourself here:
7. Try a different browser.
8. Does your cam work in other applications such as Skype or Zoom? If not, hardware might be the problem.
