Post Processing bar not moving (Edge)

A few things to check:

First, please make sure you have stable Internet connection. 2 mb/s is considered sufficient upload/download speed to use PitchVantage (Google Speed Test). Close all other applications and browser tabs.

Then, check for Edge updates:

1. Open Edge on your laptop

2. Click the menu icon (three horizontal dots) at the top right corner and click Help and Feedback at the bottom of the menu

3. Click About Microsoft Edge Check for updates

4. If your Edge version is too old, you may need to uninstall then reinstall Edge. To download Edge, click here 

Next, clear the cache of your Microsoft Edge browser:

  • On your computer, open Microsoft Edge
  • At the top right, click three horizontal dots > Click Settings
  • On the left panel, click Privacy, Search, and Services
  • Under Clear browsing data, click Choose What to Clear
  • Select All Time for time range
  • Leave the box next to Browsing history unchecked
  • Leave the box next to Download history unchecked
  • Leave the box next to Cookies and other site data unchecked
  • Check the box next to Cached images and files
  • Click Clear Now

Check your hardware. Are mic and cam plugged in (external device) AND turned on? Disconnect and reconnect. Do your cam and mic work in other apps such as Skype or Zoom? If not, hardware might be the problem.

Check your anti-virus software such as Kaspersky.

Restart computer. Now, go to https://cloud.pitchvantage.com/ and try again. If the issue persists, contact us for help. In the meantime, try a different browser.
