Post Processing bar not moving (Firefox)

A few things to check:

First, please make sure you have stable Internet connection. 2 mb/s is considered sufficient upload/download speed to use PitchVantage (Google Speed Test). Close all other applications and browser tabs.

Then, check for Firefox updates:

Windows users

1. Open Firefox on your laptop

2. Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) and click Help at the bottom

3. Click About Firefox Check for updates

4. If your Firefox version is too old, you may need to uninstall then reinstall Firefox. To download Firefox, click here

Mac users

1. Open Firefox on your laptop

2. While staying on Firefox, click Firefox next to the Apple icon in the top left corner 

3. Click About Firefox > Check for updates

4. If your Firefox version is too old, you may need to uninstall then reinstall Firefox. To download Firefox, click here


Next, clear the cache of your Firefox browser:
  • Click the Menu button in the top right corner (3 horizontal lines) and select Settings
  • Select the Privacy & Security Panel
  • In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data...
  • Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data
  • With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button
  • Restart Firefox browser

Check your hardware. Are mic and cam plugged in (external device) AND turned on? Disconnect and reconnect. Do your cam and mic work in other apps such as Skype or Zoom? If not, hardware might be the problem.

Check your anti-virus software such as Kaspersky.

Restart computer. Now, go to https://cloud.pitchvantage.com/ and try again. If the issue persists, contact us for help. In the meantime, try a different browser.
