Then, clear the cache and hard reload your Edge browser:
- Windows: while on Edge browser, press Ctrl + Fn + F5 on your keyboard, or press Ctrl +⇧ Shift + R on your keyboard.
- Mac: while on Edge browser, press ⌘ Cmd+ ⇧ Shift + R on your keyboard.
Restart computer. Do NOT launch Edge in incognito mode. Now, go to https://cloud.pitchvantage.com/ and try again. If the issue persists, contact us for help. In the meantime, try a different browser.
